About the Project
MediTap is a comprehensive clinic management application that provides doctors with a tool to manage patient records, manage patient admissions, manage business operations, and manage client care customers, co-maintain and strengthen the relationship between private doctors and patients. Our application is established to achieve goal 3: Good health and well-being.
The Products
MediTap focuses on corporate customers, specifically small and medium-sized private clinics licensed by the Ministry of Health. As a comprehensive clinic management application, as a tool for doctors to manage business operations, care for patients, and improve relationships between doctors and their patients, MediTap serves people by using the app are the doctors and their patients.
For doctors who have private clinics and use products with the purpose of improving the experience of examining, caring for, and consulting closely with patients, MediTap is an effective customer care and interaction software that helps enhance the customer experience and serves as a basis for the development of the relationship between the business and the customer (in this case, the doctor and the patient).

Business Strategy
To maintain operations and grow, MediTap must sell 150 to 165 orders or have 150 to 165 active and used customers in the first year.
To achieve that goal requires a clear and effective marketing strategy to:
Reach the most potential customers
Marketing products to the market
Increase the conversion rate of potential customers into real customers
